Good Books

September 10, 2011
So I have a really bad memory. That's why I can't even remember all the good books I've read in my life, but I am going to try my very best to write about my favorite pieces. I want to go into detail about each of the books, since I will probably only talk about select books that really stood out for me. I am very picky about the books I like, so you may not find very many of what I've read to be familiar. Just be broad-minded, and this page will come as good use to you.

  1. I love Khaled Hosseini's Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns. Have you seen the film of Kite Runner? Book's better but film's good anyway! Your blogging is really coming along!! (I've sent detail via email) x

  2. Hiraa,
Khaled Hosseini's two books are most definitely moving. I've read Kite Runner countless times, and A Thousand Splendid Suns once. The latter was a bit too graphic and sad for me, though, so I may not reread that one. And yes, I own the film on DVD. It was kind of a dissapointment COMPARED TO THE BOOK, but a great movie overall.
